Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email]. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right—either with a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Because our candles are made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or error. We appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch craftsmanship.
