Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches on Martha’s Vineyard. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or island weather delays, fulfillment may take slightly longer—but we always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Katama Candle Company is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
